UFS steam-water separator is used in steam, compressed air and other gas systems to remove water content in steam, air or gas systems.
The water droplets separated from the steam separator are gathered along the inclined tube wall and discharged by a special drain outlet. Therefore, the steam-water separator can ensure the dryness of the steam used by the equipment, which is particularly important for improving equipment productivity and product quality, and can extend the service life of the equipment and its control valve. This product is a baffle separator for separating night droplets from steam, compressed air and gas systems. There are trapezoidal baffles in the valve and the separation efficiency is high. The insulation sleeve can improve the performance of the separator.
The separator is mounted on a horizontal pipe and the drainage outlet is downward. In order to ensure that the separated liquid is discharged as soon as possible, the drainage outlet should be connected with a suitable drainage valve or steam trap.
