ZSQP Pneumatic Piston Cut-off Valve (referred to as Piston Cut-off Valve) is the executive unit of the pneumatic unit combination instrument. It receives signals from the regulator to control the shut-off and switching-on or switching-off of the fluid in the process pipeline. The product has the advantages of large operating force, novel valve body design, small flow resistance, large rated flow coefficient, large allowable pressure difference and excellent sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic control and remote control system of production process in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light textile and other industrial departments.
Characteristic
Pneumatic piston cut-off valve is composed of two parts: pneumatic piston actuator and straight stroke regulating mechanism, and the middle part is connected by bracket. According to the type of regulating mechanism, the pneumatic piston cut-off valve can be divided into three types: through single-seat cut-off valve (ZSQP), through sleeve cut-off valve (ZSQM) and two-position three-way cut-off valve (ZSQN). Pneumatic piston actuator has two functions: single acting (spring reset) and double acting (double intake). Single-acting actuator is adopted, and the whole machine can be divided into air-closing type (horizontal pipeline connection) and air-opening type (horizontal pipeline disconnection). Pneumatic piston cut-off valve has hard seal and soft seal, which are suitable for different temperatures and pressures.
When the signal pressure is zero, the spool is in the initial state (normally open or normally closed) due to the pre-tightening force of the spring (only one action). When the actuator receives the signal pressure (0.4-0.6 MPa), the piston produces thrust, compresses the spring, and drives the push rod, valve body and valve core to the limit position, so that the valve is fully open or closed. It can control the connection of medium, cut off or switch between pipelines. With the two position three way solenoid valve, the piston type shut-off valve is controlled more conveniently and simply.
