The appearance of DC medium non-thrust compensator is undoubtedly a breakthrough in thermal pipeline compensator products. Oil-injected DC medium non-thrust compensator can be widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, thermoelectricity, metallurgy, urban central heating network, trench and overhead pipeline. At the same time, it is convenient for pipeline design, installation and construction, and saves a lot of money (only a fixed support cost savings of more than 60%). At present, the compensator has been proved to be superior to other similar products by users.
Working principle
The thrust-free compensator is based on Pascal's theory of fluid mechanics and ingeniously utilizes a closed annular chamber which has two annular compression surfaces, one is a fixed end surface of the chamber, the other is an annular surface of the shoulder of the telescopic tube enclosed in the chamber, which is movable with the telescopic tube. . When the compensator works, the pressure on the annular surface and the pressure on the cross-sectional area of the expansion pipe are equal, but the direction is opposite, so the two pressures cancel each other. In this way, the friction of the compensator packing is only considered in the design of the support, and the thrust of the fixed support caused by the working medium pressure is not calculated in the calculation of the thrust of the fixed support. Therefore, the fixed bracket is a load reducing bracket, which can save a lot of scaffold materials and save manpower and financial resources.

When choosing the compensator, the nominal diameter DN should be taken as the criterion, the design pipe diameter should be the same as the inside and outside diameter of the parameter table, and the allowable error should be less than 3 mm. The selection compensator should be specified in the following example.

Installation requirements

(3) The insulation and protection structure of the compensator is the same as the pipeline, but it can not produce binding force on the expansion part of the expansion pipe.
(4) The compensator can be installed according to the maximum installation length of LMax at various ambient temperatures without stretching or compression.
